DUI Risk Education & Court Mandated Treatments

We are an Illinois Licensed treatment provider for Court Mandated individuals assisting them in resolving alcohol/drug use/abuse/dependence issues by providing high quality counseling and reporting to the Probation Officers, Court Social Workers, Supervisors, and Judge.

We Offer all Risk/Classification programs for DUI court ordered treatment:

Level I - Minimal Risk 10 hours of DUI Risk Education
Level II - Moderate Risk consisting of 10 hours of DUI Risk Education &12 hours of Early Intervention Counseling
Level II - Significant Risk consisting of 10 hours of DUI Risk Education & 20 hours of Treatment, followed by Aftercare
Level III - High Risk 75 hours of Treatment, followed by Aftercare

Substance Abuse Treatment/Counseling is offered for other individuals needing to complete treatment per a court order or for other needs. The amount of treatment hours will be determined by the recommendations made through a Substance Abuse Evaluation or per the recommendations of the referring party.

DUI Counseling & Evaluation Services, Inc. is Licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Human Services Division of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (DASA)/Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) and also Court Approved.
