Program Director of DUI Counseling & Evaluation Services, Inc., has 16 years of experience working in DUI/Substance Abuse programs and specializing in License Reinstatement Cases, serving thousands in the Chicago land area and nationwide. Jacqueline has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Social Work from Northeastern Illinois University, a Master of Science in Human Services/Counseling from National Louis University, and is a Certified Alcohol/Drug Counselor (CADC).

DUI Counseling & Evaluation Services, Inc. is an organization committed to providing affordable, accessible, and appropriate services of DUI, Substance Abuse, Anger Management, and Parenting Classes. In a confidential manner, we provide services to clients as well as connect with other agencies where their needs can be met. We are accountable to our clients, supporters and partners.
